Every
morning, afternoon, and evening feel your
skin carefully for pimples that are just
starting to form but aren't visible yet.
The trick is to catch them before they're
visible. Acne in pre-development is
when you can feel a small internal balloon
or hard spot, but it has not yet developed
into a visible pimple, or is just barely
visible.
(You
can also locate acne before it's visible
by carefully focusing on any irritation
your skin might be telling you, as acne
often becomes slightly painful before
becoming visible.)
When
you find a pimple that has not reached
the surface, you will want to work quickly
to stop it before it reaches the surface.
Apply
Cold Fusion Pack lightly over the spot
and get it comfortably cold. Do this for
1-2 minutes.
Apply
a small amount of either Salicylic Gel,
Glycolic Gel, or Benzoyl Peroxide Gel
over the spot. Do not wash off.
In
another 4-5 hours, repeat this operation
again, only rotate the products, so if
you last applied Salicylic Gel on the
spot, you will want to rotate to Glycolic
Gel or Benzoyl Peroxide Gel.
There are two scenarios: A)
Your preventative measures will be successful
and the internal balloon will dissipate.
B) The internal balloon will break the
surface, only it will be less severe than
if you had not taken these measures.
In
another 4-5 hours, repeat the operation
again, and continue repeating it until
either the internal balloon or pimple
is gone.
Note: If you accidentally miss an internal
balloon before it reaches the surface,
you can still apply these steps and it
will help reduce the surface pimple much
faster than normal.
